Ara Pants

Ara is a pair of functional trousers for men, perfect for any day of the year. Made from stretchy Sorona fabric that breathes well, making them ideal for hiking and other activities. The trousers have a regular fit with pre-curved knees for increased mobility and a slightly higher waist at the back for a better fit.

The seams on the inside of the legs are moved forward to avoid chafing, and the leg ends can be adjusted with Velcro. The trousers are equipped with practical pockets, including a back pocket and a phone pocket inside one of the outer pockets. They also have belt loops and a zippered fly.

The trousers are packable and have a PFC-free water-repellent finish.

Do not dry cleanTake care of your garment, consider how you handle and store it. Here and on the inside of the garment you will find washing instructions to help you look after it in the best possible way. Wash only when needed and air or wipe garments over with a damp cloth in the first instance. Reactivate the impregnation treatment on waterproof garments by ironing them in accordance with the washing instructions. Repair tears with repair patches and contact us for spare parts. This garment is water-repellent.

Below is a simple summary of which garments are waterproof based on a three-level scale. We have formulated our waterproofness scale based on the waterproofness of the material, whether the garment has taped or welded seams, and how the garment is constructed.

Not waterproof - This garment is not waterproof and will not repel rain.

Water-repellent - This garment is water-repellent and will repel light rain for a short length of time.

Waterproof - This garment has a water column between 5,000-10,000mm and is fully waterproof, the material as well as the construction.Warmth

Remember that everyone experiences heat differently and some people feel the cold more than others. This scale is intended to provide a pointer regarding how warm a garment is.

Shell - This is a shell garment and has no insulating properties.

Warm - This garment is warm and has insulating properties with a padding level between 100-140 g/m².

Extra warm - This garment is extra warm and has highly insulating properties with a padding level between 160-300 g/m².
